Apparently my management team does better when we meet outside of our stuffy office building and when food is involved.
Lots and lots of food. As in a delicious lunch AND dessert. Paid for by our boss, thank you Trisha!
But when you've been discussing staffing issues for three hours plus, you need a little sugar. Right?
