"When is the awning guy coming?"
An all too familiar question around here. After years of saying we're going to put an awning over the back patio, I finally saved enough money and committed to the project.
The only problem is our awning guy is on Hawaii standard time. Meaning our awning that was supposed to be done for us to enjoy for the 4th of July is still sitting in pieces in our backyard and has been for about a month. I figure since it took a month for him to order the parts, and then another month to get them here, and now a month of them sitting in the yard, that we should have an awning for Christmas.
